The adds themselves are merely annoying, BUT they permanently buff Harjatan if they die near him, so his damage output becomes lethal very quickly.So what I've found is that you need to kill Kil'jaeden before that happens. The phase swap is at around 40% and two of us at ~220 ilvl are enough to kill Kil'jaeden during the cast for the last phase. Just save all cooldowns and bloodlust and everything for that part. Surely warrior is one of the easier classes to solo kil'jaeden since they have heroic leap. You don't even need any movement abilities since you don't have to soak the meteors anymore. I guess the illidan phase can be tricky, but I usually find him by running randomly, and warriors have more mobility than paladins.
